These terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) apply to the use of the Drowdry Laundry & Dry Cleaning website and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use our Services.

  1. Services

Drowdry Laundry & Dry Cleaning provides professional laundry and dry cleaning services to customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer if we determine that the item(s) in question are not suitable for cleaning or if the customer’s requests are not feasible.

  1. Pick-up and Delivery

Drowdry Laundry & Dry Cleaning offers pick-up and delivery services for added convenience. Customers are responsible for scheduling pick-up and delivery times and providing accurate information about their location. Drowdry Laundry & Dry Cleaning is not responsible for any delays or failures in pick-up or delivery due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

  1. Payment

Customers are responsible for paying for the services provided by Drowdry Laundry & Dry Cleaning. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card.

  1. Damages and Loss of Items

Drowdry Laundry & Dry Cleaning cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss of items that may occur during the cleaning process. Customers are advised to remove all valuables and personal items from their garments before dropping them off for cleaning. Drowdry Laundry & Dry Cleaning is not responsible for any damages or loss of these items.

  1. Changes to the Terms of Service

Drowdry Laundry & Dry Cleaning reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our Services after any changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where our business is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall be held in the city where our business is located.
